| As one of about 10 photographers standing outside a house in Malibu, waiting for Britney Spears to exit, the last thing Brad Diaz expected was to be shot in the thigh with a pellet gun. Diaz has filed a complaint of misdemeanor battery, although nobody saw the actual shooter or where the shot was fired from. Spears' spokeswoman stated that the pop superstar had nothing to do with the shooting. While the identity of the home's owner was not made public, it is believed that Spears was attending either a bridal or baby shower. |
